I believe in a holistic approach to fitness. No human is the same and therefore no road to physical and mental fitness is ever the same.
Having trained martial arts in my youth taught me that physical training is beyond just going through the motions of a workout.
Holistic fitness connects your mind to individual parts of your body through conscious movement patterns that energise you, repair and strengthen your body, and help you take control of your life.
My goal would be to encourage you to create a healthier lifestyle and attitude towards your life and help you recharge your ‘inner battery’ through conscious communication between your mind and your body.
When you set on a health journey with me you will start understanding fitness in a different context – it will become a way-of-life instead of something you have to do.
I’m a qualified sports coach and fitness entrepreneur and have over a decade of experience training both adults and children.
With a background in the martial arts, Polish military and coaching experience in football, basketball, boxing & wrestling I’m able to draw from a vast range of disciplines to create fun and challenging workouts that will take the fitness of your body and mind to the next level.
Using a mix of high intensity and resistance training, individual 1:1 sessions will help you reach your fitness goals whether it be by improving your strength, endurance or overall physical and mental wellbeing.
Having a dedicated fitness instructor, the private sessions are ideal for those who prefer privacy and a more personal focus. Private sessions can be offered across any of the fitness disciplines and include time with the instructor to create bespoke training packages and personalised workouts.
Each session can be taken in a place of your liking – your gym, your local park or your private garden – you choose.
Depending on your goal, each training is custom-prepared for you.
Whether you train for your first or next marathon or need someone to help you get back to shape after your pregnancy, each programme will be adapted to your physical abilities as well as your body sensitivities.
You can choose between cardio, weight loss, endurance, strength, pre & post natal, kettlebells, boxing programs.
Movement and exercise for kids should be as much of a habit as brushing teeth daily, although a bit more fun. It helps them develop not only their bodies, but also their brains, their ability to learn, and their social skills. In London, we are challenged by living in an urban setting and therefore to be more creative I use parks and green spaces for outdoor activities.
While on school premises I coach children in football and basketball not only to improve their speed, agility, hand-eye coordination and overall cardiovascular endurance but to help them develop a team-building spirit and integrity.
Teamwork is critical. It allows employees to get to know each other, combine their strengths and get work done faster. It forms the building blocks of any business and plays a huge role in its success or failure.
Through bootcamp training and team-building physical activities, each member of the team is expected to put in equal efforts so that the goals set by the team are met. The aim is to get all team members participating in activities that are challenging and fun, where they work together as a team, supporting and encouraging one another to overcome challenges.
It plays an important role in improving professional relationships, understanding and co-operation, and this is reflected in the quality of work being done. Team building through fitness in the workplace increases employee motivation and builds trust among the employees, which improves productivity.
Activities are done indoors on the company’s premises or outdoors in a local park.
My bootcamp training in South West London combine a series of callisthenics, like pushups, lunges and squats, with boxing, running, jumps and other high-intensity aerobic movements that are modelled loosely on military methods.
Some activities use forms of body-weight training, but we also incorporate equipment such as kettlebells or heavy lanes.
Bootcamps are designed to work the upper and lower body and core, so it’s a comprehensive and very intense body workout.
While traditional gym workouts using weights and machines may improve strength, bootcamps better help you learn to carry your body around, and not a bunch of weights.
