I’m a qualified sports coach and fitness entrepreneur and have over a decade of experience training both adults and children.
With a background in the martial arts, Polish military and coaching experience in football, basketball, boxing & wrestling I’m able to draw from a vast range of disciplines to create fun and challenging workouts that will take the fitness of your body and mind to the next level.
Having a dedicated fitness instructor, the private sessions are ideal for those who prefer privacy and a more personal focus. Private sessions can be offered across any of the fitness disciplines and include time with the instructor to create bespoke training packages and personalised workouts.
Each session can be taken in a place of your liking – your gym, your local park or your private garden – you choose.
Depending on your goal, each training is custom-prepared for you.
Whether you train for your first or next marathon or need someone to help you get back to shape after your pregnancy, each programme will be adapted to your physical abilities as well as your body sensitivities.
You can choose between cardio, weight loss, endurance, strength, pre & post natal, kettlebells, boxing programs.
While on school premises I coach children in football and basketball not only to improve their speed, agility, hand-eye coordination and overall cardiovascular endurance but to help them develop a team-building spirit and integrity.
Through bootcamp training and team-building physical activities, each member of the team is expected to put in equal efforts so that the goals set by the team are met. The aim is to get all team members participating in activities that are challenging and fun, where they work together as a team, supporting and encouraging one another to overcome challenges.
It plays an important role in improving professional relationships, understanding and co-operation, and this is reflected in the quality of work being done. Team building through fitness in the workplace increases employee motivation and builds trust among the employees, which improves productivity.
Activities are done indoors on the company’s premises or outdoors in a local park.
Some activities use forms of body-weight training, but we also incorporate equipment such as kettlebells or heavy lanes.
Bootcamps are designed to work the upper and lower body and core, so it’s a comprehensive and very intense body workout.
While traditional gym workouts using weights and machines may improve strength, bootcamps better help you learn to carry your body around, and not a bunch of weights.
